i smoked weed prob 4 blunts a day for 2.5 years once i went to collge ... and let me tell you my endurance went to shit ... my speed was fine ... i could still run my events well 47(400) 151(800) and a 410 1500, but ANY somewhat hard workouts or races and I was throwing up green stuff for about 10min afterwards. But ... i really felt like it helped recovery to be honest and keep the weight down(any real pot smokers know what I mean...muchies go away after about a month)... do i recomend it ... FUCK NO ... it does f*** up motivation but now that i quit i feel i have an advantage...i know that little things dont matter as much on the track...its about going out there and winning no matter what...smoked 6 blunts yesterday FUCK IT i'm winning this shit BTW have not smoked in 8months and i'm running better than ever...and i was addicted to it in a way...more mental than anything even though there is physical shit too trust me...anyone who wants to know anything about weed just ask
