You could rip one under the blanket and then cover your wife's head. Just saying, sorry Hingle.

just sleep earlier. Dragging yourself out of bed to an alarm sounds like a terrible way to spend every morning
Overtraining was my first thought.
I set my alarm for 7 hours sleep every night. If I hit the snooze a few times and sleep in, I know I need an easy day running. I've always felt fortunate I am self employed so I can sleep in on the days I need it. Years ago I worked all different hours and ended up in a ditch at 2 in the afternoon after falling asleep driving home after getting off work. Sleep is not to be taken lightly.

im also self emplyed and while their are definite cons, waking up whenever you feel like it is definitely awesome. The other great thing is being able to make a quality lunch every day
Me: "I always thought if I slept as long as I wanted and woke up without an alarm clock, I was getting enough sleep."
Psychiatrist/sleep specialist: "No that's not the case."
The true/false question posed in your thread title is not the same scenario. But the answer to that one is: *usually* the case but not *always*, therefore: false.

What's apparent is that you fail to comprehend the mystique of Letsrun.com
