Hi
In January i was in good form, hoping to break 9min in the 3k. Then i got shin splints and could not run for 4 weeks, but went cycling for 2 hours a day. Now i'm able to run again, but my first runs felt very bad. I've felt like i lost all my speed.
How long will it take me to be back , running sub 9 min 3k? Need to be back in form pretty soon. Any advices?
