I was repulsed thinking about this, but actually, how bad can it be? Maybe it's just the poor man's version of tomatos and mozarella.
I eat it that way too.
I prefer to make a homemade cheese quesadilla and dunk that hottie in some Organic Ketchup from trader joe's and I assure you it doesn't blows!
