210 if I never ran
195, about 3 years ago I was lifting a ton and eating a ton, and I felt like a beast. I could bench 280 and run 4:48 for the 1600.

Why do you find this interesting?
Seeing formerly skinny runners now all puffy and fat just struck me as a weird phenomena.

3 Questions:
1. How much do you weigh?
2. How much do you think you would weigh if you didn't run?
3. What is the fattest you've ever been?

I'm currently trying to get back into some decent shape. I make a bit of an effort to eat healthy, but not as much as I could. If I just ate whatever without thinking about it and didn't exercise at all (I'm only at about 20-25 mpw now) I'd be a lot worse. This coming week I have a few goals for myself to help: nothing to drink but water except gatorade after hard runs, no eating from the cafeteria at work but instead eat a healthy choice meal w/ banana or apple, and finally run over 30 miles during the week.
1. 155 6 feet.
2. would solely depend on my diet, if I ate raw natural foods, I would have a low body fat percentage and the amount of muscle would depend on if and how much I lifted weights. If I ate a normal american diet probably about 220-230 which is what my dad weighs.
3. 168
Of the thousands and thousands of species on this planet we are the only ones to 1. eat another animals milk and 2. cook our food. Believe it or not, this is a VERY bad idea if you care about your health...
1) 161lb - 5'8"
2) 250-300lb
3) 245lb
I got up to 245lb in May 2003 - at 5'8" that was a 44" waist! It was out of control. Annually I would lose weight and train for 3 months and then undo all the good work and put more on for the remaining 9 months. It was getting worse year on year - and harder to actually exercise when trying again. I imagine I'd have totally given up trying and would be pushing 300lb by now.
Still working hard (and struggling) to get the weight down to a more competitive 140lb.
