What are great/good/okay/bad/horrible 1-5 splits for a solid hs or college xc team?

Obviously the closer the better but I'd say under 60 seconds to be competitive
This is an impossible question to answer. A small or large split doesn't mean a team is going to be good or bad. I'd take a great #1 with 4 average runners who give me a large split over having a worse #1 who runs closer to the other 4 giving me a small split.
Score as few points as possible by running as fast as possible and letting as few people as possible finish in front of you.
