BLM proponents feel that police are racially biased and much quicker to shoot a black person than a white person. Now many of the police involved in the controversial shootings, such as in North Carolina, were black.

Armed police attempting to arrest what might be a dangerous criminal is a potentially explosive situation. People react differently and have different levels of composure. Some obviously don't handle it well and some don't respect life that much. How many times a day does these an encounter happen in the US? How many times do things go wrong.
Is it due to racially biased police? If you are a BLM supporter do you think the black police are quicker to kill a black suspect acting strangely?
