For the metrically challenged how high did Morris jump in feet and inches?
And did they let her sing?

Great steeple. Jager is no longer afraid of anyone and he and Rupp are the only Americans who can stick with the world's best in a fast race.
Had never really realized it but right now in any other distance if someone runs a world leader the Americans aren't going to be there except for Jager and possibly Rupp.
That almost deserves its own thread.
Actually Semenya fell on her face at the end.

Semenya was an unbelievable amount behind the others entering the last 100m and then picked it up and won with a big lean, leading to a fall after the finish. But not even tired afterward and looking completely like a muscular man, nothing at all like the competitors even in this long sprint, and the biggest farce is seeing the Diamond League winner in the event bent over completely out of breath while Semenya strides around untired.

Thank you.
Chelimo!
They were almost 60 for lap 3.
Yes, that's what I said. But Semenya did not fall from tiredness; leaving it so late to win, Semenya had to lean way forward and fell as a result. But got up immediately without crying just like a bro.

Clayton Murphy lost a lot of energy not only leading but trying to keep his lead to the 600m mark when he was challenged. If you have only one move in an 800m, that was not the time to use it. Since he ran so fast already at the Olympics, I think that this was the meet for him to run the 1500m and get a qualifier for next year's world's. As it stands, he'll have to be looking for that prior to U.S. trials next year if he wants to try for a 1500 medal.

Yeah, nothing to prove after the Olympic Final 800, definitely thought he'd go for a fast 15 (and today would've been perfect!).
Did Andrews get lost out there?

The bronze medalist in the 800m would not command near the appearance fee if he ran the 1500m. I think that Murphys agent knows a heck of a lot more than you do.

No.
Mr. rojo also thinks the race was anticlimatic.
Mr. rojo just stated that the race was against the climate.
Mr. rojo was also a spelling bee champion.
