Roger Kingdom is even worse than Allen Johnson. Supposedly he's why they put weights on them, because they'd end up all over the track/infield otherwise. Though his Seoul 1988 was pretty clean by his standards. Here's another perspective.

Did you know
Until 1935, athletes were disqualified for knocking over three hurdles or more and records were only registered if an athlete cleanly negotiated all the hurdles.

How fast could Bo Jackson or Herschel Walker run the 110h if they just straight-armed the whole lot?

Find someone with like 11.5s 110m time, and I'd guess they'd break the record, with enough practice of straightarming the hurdles to the side, so that they don't get in the way down the road. But it'd be close. Bo Jackson was 10.39s for 100m, while Walker was 10.22s if the Internet is correct. I'd think either one would be 12.7, maybe as low as 12.5?

Hitting them with your legs doesn't get you DQed but pushing them over with your arms dies.
Wasn't Camacho-Quinn DQ'd in Rio 2016 because she knocked down the last 3 hurdles?

I don't know about her. But a meet official can dq you if he/she thinks you aren't giving an honest effort by running thru the hurdles. Meaning knocking the hurdles over with your foot. However through out the years I've watched numerous W/C's and Olympics 110m hurdles where some one is knocking down most of them with no dq. If your sport has rules they should be enforced.
