anytime over 3 or 4 golds in olympic 1500
Just to show you how ridiculous that statement is:
The 1500m has been contested 27 times at Olympic games.
There are only five runners who have won two Olympic medals in this event, nobody has won three. Kipchoge Keino has one gold and one silver. Hicham El Guerrouj has one gold and one silver. Sebastian Coe has two golds, the only one to have won the event more than once.
To win three golds in a middle distance race would be phenomenal, and to win four would be completely incredible.
Don't get me wrong, 3:24 low is also incredible. But El Guerrouj improved the WR by 1.4 seconds, and only 10 years earlier, in the pre-EPO-era, it was 3.5 seconds slower. Once doping is back to the 1990s efficiency, the WR will again be improved, and it's only a matter of time and luck until 3:.24 low.
However, nobody will ever win 4 Olympic golds in the mens 1500m.
