to be training this way.
I'm 70 years of age and work out at least 8 hours a day.
I get up in the mornings, do my constitutional, get dressed in workout togs, prepare breakfast, do calisthenics, floor exercises, arm exercises, ride the bike stand to warm up, do an easy mile for warmup, head out for my workout which is 60 to 90 minutes, shower, dress again, eat, check the computer, lay down and watch tv, have a nap. play on the computer again, watch more tv, nap if I didn't do it before, eat again, check the computer, lay on the floor and do a few easy loosening exercises, lay down and watch tv for a bit, check the computer, go to bed. I forgot to mention a few more sessions of eating, and drinking of beverages. This is just a typical day and probably includes 8 to 12 hours of good training.
