Sara Hall Twitter reports a 100 mile week. Could he be a comeback story...overcomes low T and returns to elite level?
I'm pulling for him.

Lets Make Ryan Hall Great Again. lol
Maybe he should take it easy and do 50 mpw. I would like to see him do more track stuff. Could he still run around 13:10?

100 mile week and less lifting is a good way to become low T again. Sad.
A little exogenous cream goes a long way.
He needs one of sleazy's special massages
Clever! Definitely would be fun to see him running great times again
Maybe, maybe not. That's his Fitbit steps. 160k is pretty good, and it would net you over 100 miles. But is he wearing it while only running? Or does he wear it most of the time like the other Fitbit people I know?
I happen to average 90+ miles a week and 140k steps a week, but only about 35-40 of those miles are running. The rest is walking and living.
Nah - he already WENT HOME DEVASTATED!
Ryan Hall's life matters
it's sad that distance runners are so obsessive. find a new hobby Ryan. Raise your 4 children or tell your wife to keep your little comeback in the dark until you are actually able to compete again. everyone expects you to run 2:06 or faster, so it's just set up to dive-bomb miserablyhe needs to let go.this will be ugly. i really hope i'm wrong

are you jumping when you run? how do you run 30-40000 steps on 90+, 175 8 *(minute mile guess) * 90 = 126000. r3tard
He already announced that he's doing this gimmicky challenge: 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days. That sounds like I'm making it up, but I'm not. There was a thread about it maybe a month ago. Presumably, that's what he's training for.

Here's the article. He's doing a challenge and is training for that. I don't expect him to return to racing.

Not as gimmicky as the 8 marathons on 8 continents in 8 days challenge.
