Where is Tirunesh Dibaba?
Jeilan may beat Bekele, but I don't think any of the Ethiopians can beat Ayana at the moment. Only Aprot can match her.
Are there normally pacemakers for Trials?
I'm sure faster pace will be beneficial to Bekele over a strategic race with Jeilan
Is this being streamed somewhere?

Remember though Defar ran 29:59 with second place 31:21 and she also ran 30:08 with second place 31:08, so completely solo, doubt they could even find a pacer, anyway Defar has a better kick than Ayana, so would Ayana be willing to run a pace that could break Defar (meaning World Record Territory remember it is only the trials) My guess is Ayana will break the field down to 2-3 and then once assured of top 3 will coast and Defar will kick for the win, then in the Olympics Ayana will try a World Record pace to break everybody and maybe hold on for the World Record.
There are pacers, not sure what their role is, it could be to set up fast races or it could be to make sure they are going faster than the Olympic Standards, which is a mere formality for most of these runners.

Ya but, Defar's not near that shape now. And who knows, Ayana can do even better.

I wouldn't be so sure. Recently, Jeilan thumped Ethiopia's best over 5000m in a reasonably quick paced race (I think his winning time was right around 13:00-13:05). He seems to be a great racer who can handle a variety of different tactics, and when he's in form, he looks hard to beat.
Then again, we're talking about Kenenisa Bekele here, so all bets are off I suppose...

Ayana is not likely to coast. She's never done that before.

This could be one of the most competitive Olympic 10k's in history as far as depth
Jelian, Kamworor, Tanui, Karoki, Farah, Rupp, Bekele, Tadese, maybe Edris/Gebremeskel (but most likely accepted for 5k team)

Interesting no T. Dibaba or Defar listed.
For T. Dibaba, the Jama Aden related investigation may have delayed her, and she might enter the last minute, but there's no reason for Defar not to be in the start list already if she plans to run. So if not entered already, then there'll be a no show for Defar for whatever reason. She knows she can make the team for sure, but gold is unlikely,....and doesn't want to compete for 2nd, 3rd, or worse....hence, mostly likely a no show for her.

Defar has been added.
Men:
1. Bekele
2. Jeilan
3. Demelash
Women:
1. Ayana
2. Teferi (or Dibaba if compete)
3. Olijira
Bekele will either win or DNF, and the 10k queen Dibaba for 2nd if she competes.

This is the company putting on the meet and they tweeted she is running.
https://twitter.com/GlobalSportsComReally really interested to see Dibaba and Ayana battle it out. This could be the first ever loss for Dibaba in the 10k
Dibaba not on the official start list and after what happened in Sabadell, I would be very surprised if she runs
