I suggest that everyone with this profile should be seen as a doper that just hasn't been caught. That means that everyone with this profile should be target tested rigorously in the off season, tested with CIR tests, and every sample should be screened for EPO (because none of those are part of base level screening). I think that journalists should consider athletes with these profiles as dopers that haven't been caught, and do the investigations necessary to bring down their facade. I think the public should view them as dopers that haven't been caught to stop their implicit endorsement of a dirty sport.
