Do you have time to take a nap? Rolling out might be good...if your feeling really beat up instead of sweat pants, warming up in tights could be beneficial. Do you have compression sleeves, that could help you calves recover if you can wear them for a little while. Try not to stress.... Keep a good mentality!
Have some caffeine 30 minutes before the race and crush the race. You'll want to rest up until then with a little movement every hour or so. Compression sleeves may help with blood circulation to help your body feel better as well.
