I soaked my feet in apple cider vinegar and it cured my PF! Hallelujah!!
My child was born with Downs Syndrome, but then we started giving him a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and suddenly he's all better!
I gave my GF a tablespoon of ACV... her boobs immediately grew two sizes, and she lost her gag reflex and her ability to taste salt.
I used it for the rash around my balls. Worked great
The responses to this thread are pretty surprising. The use of apple cider vinegar to maintain a healthy pH within the body and a healthy gut biota is well supported by science, and those two things are tied to many different things. That doesn't mean everyone will benefit from taking apple cider vinegar, but many will. It's not going to give you super human strength or cure Alzheimer's, but it might improve your mood, boost energy levels, help you sleep better, clear your skin, help you lose a bit of weight, etc. These things are all supported by science, and there are many anecdotes out there from reasonable and thoughtful people. Not really sure why people here are reacting the way they are.
I'm not reacting badly. I drank apple cider vinegar and ran sub-4:00...
... in a marathon! Yeah, baby!
I started drinking apple cider vinegar and decided to stop cheating at marathons. I grew a conscious AND morals!!
I shot a man in Reno, just to watch him drink ACV.
It shrank my swollen prostate gland.

You know, just because you add the word 'science' to some other science-like words doesn't make them more right.
Judging by the amazing testimonials on this thread, you must be right!!! Don't tell the FDA!!! What will big pharma do?!?!?!?!?
"pop pop" must be the constant cacophony inside your head, as neural connections constantly short-circuit.

ACV will help you stay healthy. It's just another way of staying healthy, especially if your doing high mileage it can't hurt. It's much more effective to take baking soda baths to manage pH levels. To have healthy gut biota what you need is to chop up some cabbage, throw it in a canning jar with a spoon of salt, fill it with water and let it ferment for 1 week preferably in a dark place. Thats homemade sauerkraut, unpasteurized. Heals candida, and probably the best way to keep you healthy. Another way is to include Coconut oil in the diet. Have a tablespoon each day. No guarantees that you wont catch a cold, the flu, or anything but it definitely puts the odds in your favor of staying healthy over the winter.
Great for Athlete's Foot. Soak twice a day, gone in no time!
This post is gold:
I was starting taking Apple cider vinegar after the Dr Smith recommendation. I used it almost 1 year and it helped me weight loss, reduced belly fat, smaller waist circumference, and lower blood triglycerides .
