I’m not exactly into for cross-training when I’m able to run. However, I’m hurt and was looking for a cross-training program. Something equivalent to running 50mpw, anyone have such a program or a website for me to check out.

Just hit the elliptical trainer and/or the stairmaster and/or the stationary bike as much as you can while you're out. That's what I'm doing right now for a total of between 55-60 "miles" per week. I don't really follow a program, I'm just alternating machines to avoid boredom and repetition, and usually crank as hard as I can to make up for the lack of actual miles I'm not running.
