What are the pros and cons of swimming as cross training?
Great x training. Build some strength. No impact. You can go very hard on repeats without real risk of injury. Only con is not to let it replace more than a 1 run a week, as there's a limited return on how it transfers to running fitness.

Cool, thanks! I've been doing it once a week, thinking of implementing it 2 or 3 times a week. Usually go for 30 - 45 minutes.
