Do you run regularly and use one? How do you find it? Do you feel your running is enhanced, worsened, or no change at all?

I have an adjustable sit-stand desk at work. I keep it in the seated position so nobody knows I'm browsing letsrun all day.
I use a standing desk - and stand at it all day. I rarely sit.
I transitioned to it after reading an interview with Dean Karnazes. I'm sure that will give some folks here a good laugh.
In all: My legs feel much stronger, and I have NO back pain or problems. My muscles are much more relaxed, too. The latter was surprising.
Also of note: I find that I really don't need to do any strength training for the lower body. However, I tend to do long, slow runs. Perhaps it's different for those who run faster and shorter distances.
Keep in mind: It takes a couple weeks to transition. It's worth it.
Oh yeah: You'll also burn hundreds of more calories per day. It's like getting in a shorter, second workout.
