The chart said he was on "testosterone medication". That could mean legal testosterone supplements. That makes it ambiguous.The "lab tech" died.

I suspect the lab tech has been interviewed and asked if he might have thought testosterone and testoboost were synonyms -- at least if the investigation is serious. (Big "if").
