Laura Thweatt runs 2:28 in New york, and says " I will not run marathon Trails, too many good women in that race"

I think she should do long runs on the Marathon Trails....soft surface.

It's definitely going to be interesting to see her build up for the trials 10,000m. If she were to pull the trigger on the marathon, she needs to decide tomorrow. What are her track bests?

I'd say that she has a better shot at the marathon than she does at 10K.

Huddle is almost a lock as well as Infeld if she's healthy and Hasay too.

The marathon is a roll of the dice after Flanagan (who is in a boot right now).

Deena never put on 15 lbs too many.
