Hi all,
I wanted to know why I cannot seem to run like I used to. A few years back when I was 13/14 I could run sub 19 for a 5k easily and even got down to 18:30. However, these past two seasons I haven't been able to run well at all, I can barely get around a 22 now. I used to love running and now I dread it, I also did not have any aching muscles at all. Now I have tendonitis everywhere. HELP!!
(To add extra information, I'm a 16 year old female who is 6' and weighs 125lbs)
