Ever since I started running in 7th grade I have enjoyed long distance races and long runs. Over the last 2 years I have improved my times drastically and even won a few low key marathons. I am drawn to the marathon distance but I am realizing that I have no patience when it comes to stratagies as this distance. I just want to go out there and hammer it every time and I never end up with the results I want or should be getting.
Is it possible that I am focusing on the wrong distance and I should work on the half marathon distance or even just focus on 5k and 10ks.
