If you don't have Universal Sports, I have no idea in the US. I'm sure those in the UK will be able to watch on BBC or EuroSport.

I've got universal on my TV tier. It should be easy to avoid seeing the results. Just don't go to letsrun or twitter.
I'm going to tape it and watch it in the morning.
