I am from Ohio and in early June I ran a 5k with a time of 20:25, but my first 2 miles were 12:37 (I am aware my pace dropped off significantly). The race was at 8:30 AM and the conditions of this race were at 50-60 degrees farenheit with 0% humidty and no sun. Yesterday, I ran a 2 mile race, but ran a 12:42. However, it was 6:30 PM it was 95 degrees farenheit, sunny and 80% humidity. Have I improved since the other race?
