I have been running for a little over a year now, and i still don't know if i should focus more on sprints or longer distances. Here are some of my times in various races.
100m = 12,01 (2014)
200m = 24,85 (2015)
400m = 59,21 (2014)
800m = 2:19,17 (2015)
1500m = 4:50,98 (2015)
5000m 18:50,63 (2015)
And judging from these times, what is a realistic 400m time for me? (Track meet next weekend, and i'm running the 400m)
Any advice?
