Running has very little acquired skill compared to other sports. It's a pure display of natural talent and that's its whole appeal. Further, despite what a lot of doping apologists want to claim, it's not a case of 'everyone doing it'. Its a case of rampant, out of control doping in North and East Africa and that's why those areas rose to prominence at the exact moment an endurance drug became widely available, and why their performances started to decline at the exact moments testing standards improved (with the possible exceptions of road running where testing is much less frequent).
It's not a case of "everyone doing it" but a case of a lot of other nations doing it other than your hated Africans. You're not being honest when looking at the data out there - which there is a lot to review.
I'd start with Russia...you hardly ever rag on them? Why? If there was ever a nation where doping is more than likely the normal preparation of an endurance athlete it would be, IMO, Russia.
According to "The Sunday Times" report on the leaked hematological data; 30% of their blood samples are abnormal. Their neighbors to the West, Ukraine, is reported at 28%. Your hated Kenyans are only at 12%. Who's got more of a doping problem based on abnormal blood data?
http://features.thesundaytimes.co.uk/web/public/2015/the-doping-scandal/index.html#/And Russia leads the World in ABP hematological anomaly sanctions with 35+! Ukraine, Morocco & Turkey are also high on the list. And there's at least one sanction from other countries such as Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, China, Romania, Belarus, Saudi Arabia, Qatar.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biological_passportAnd Russia is still playing games with WADA over inspection of their anti-doping facilities (and they're supposed to be reinstated next year? Lol.):
http://tass.com/sport/1037695The egregious doping situation in Russia and the blatant disregard for following the rules should anger you as much as the situation in Africa.
