K thanks. This is a running website.
Not sure. But we're not doing ourselves and favors by dumping toxic chemicals into the air/water.
Unless, that is, you think it's beneficial to dump toxic chemicals into the air and water.
Attention atheist libtards of Letsrun. You are now on the same side as the pope.
Does the pope not realize how long it has been since the Earth has warmed? Almost. 2 decades. And, that the Earth was much warmer in the Middle Ages?
I would have more respect for the Pope if he blamed global warming on Satan and something to do with hell getting closer to the Earth due to all the sinning
^^Exactly. That the Pope believes in global warming should tell you it's BS. When the most repressive religious institution in history agrees with you, it's time to re-examine your belief system.

Shouldn't the Pope be more concerned with over-population (that leads to global warming)?
I've heard the pope is telling people smoking is bad for them too. Thanks, but I'll go with the elite scientists at the Philip Morris Center for Tobacco Research.

I am guessing that you don't drive a car since that releases tons of toxic gases into the air. Also, I assume that you don't use anything that contains plastic since refining of oil to make plastics also releases tons of toxic gases into the air. I am so glad that your impact on the environment is zero.
However, you must be using some type of electronic device to post on LR. Every electronic device is made using toxic chemicals.

He also sympathized with gays to a greater extent than any Pope has before, basically to the very extreme that his position allows. But if you want to by default disagree with everything he says because of his title, go ahead.
I agree he should push birth control harder. Procreation needs to be curbed dramatically.
The Pope is a mystic. That means his thinking is shaped by the assumption that reality is another dimension that we can only understand by means of faith, which is exactly what he and all environmentalists base their belief in man-made climate change on--mindless, childlike faith in the absence of fact. "But the data does show blah blah blah!" You mean some environmentalist tells you as much, and you accept his say-sos based on faith in spite of the fact that you have no scientific expertise upon which to evaluate his methods and conclusions, and also in spite of the fact that such people stand for something that would end industrial civilization as we know it. Being slightly more tolerant of gays in the face of social pressure than the last global icon of homophobia neither says anything nor redeems him. F*ck the Pope, f*ck the haven for child molesters that he calls s church, and f*ck anyone who agrees with him on anything.
I don't trust scientists. They might be book smart, but they don't have any common sense. Like for example, the earth is round? Well then the middle of lakes would be higher than the sides; all the water would spill out! And right, light is made of electromagnetic waves. Then how come when you turn on the lights the room doesn't fill up with electromagnetic surfers? Stuff like that.
It is, but the catholics think everything is their fault. Self-flagellation is a cornerstone of their religion. Along with human sacrifice, cannibalism, vampirism and the raising of undead creatures.

Liberals always hated the Pope until he says something stupid...now they love him.
By your own analysis you should be the Democratic nomination for President.
The Church will come to their senses. It only took them 500 years to admit they were wrong on heliocentrism.
I would take the opinion of the Church at face value if it were about paedophilia. They a add nothing to the scientific consensus.

We're still waiting for 25% of Americans.
