Just a few tribal groups (with millions of members each) are responsible for most of the population of Kenya. There are 4 million Kalenjin alone. A tribal group is not a small population living in a few villages, it's a classification of many different, culturally related tribes. There are elite Kenyan distance runners from ALL the major tribal groups.
Average calorie consumption per capita in Kenya - national average, not just a few tribes - is among the bottom 15 countries on Earth. No, most of the country is not different from skinny. The horn of Africa is a place of widespread poverty and hunger.
Bad are you trolling or just ignorant?

Life expectancy has increased from 53 to 62 in 10 years.
There are 32 million mobile phone users in the country. It's invested heavily in it's ports and is in the middle of building a $330 billion super-highway to help attract freight.
Nairobi has many shopping malls and multiplex cinemas (Westgate being the most well known of course).
