Kind of weird seeing a Kenyan at a track meet who has that build, huh?
People forget that it's just a few tribes and towns in Kenya that are responsible for a vast majority of their distance runners. In most of the rest of the country the people are vastly different.

Longest throw or not, staying inside the sector is an integral technical part of the event, just like not stepping past the board on takeoff in the long jump or staying behind the line when shooting a free throw. The rules for these events are designed to measure a degree of control in addition to power/speed. That said, if officials didn't extend the sector boundary as far as somebody could throw, it's their mistake, and I say count the throw if it's disputable!
Umm, no. You have to stay within the side-line boundaries, not within some end-boundary.
