Hey I have a beer mile Friday but I haven't run in months. What is the best thing to do to train for this in the next 2 days?
You're not reallly going to get in good shape by that point. I recommend running 2 miles each day leading up to it, and then practice chugging all day. I'd even recommend chugging seltzer water, that way you can practice all day while you are sober, which you will be for the beer mile.
