SUNDAY: 6.1 miles with gf (8:20) + Strides
MONDAY: AM 3.2 miles easy (7:17)
PM 4 mile tempo (5:37). Splits of 5:46, 5:44, 5:31, 5:21
+ 4X100m sprints with 3ish min rest. Slight rolling start.

TUESDAY: AM 7 miles easy (7:28)
PM 6.1 miles easy (7:22)
WEDNESDAY: 6.5 miles easy (7:23) + Strides
THURSDAY: AM 4X10s hill sprints
PM 8 mile steady-tempo (6:06). Slightly hilly loop
FRIDAY: OFF. Worked 13 hours. Tired. First full day off in weeks
SATURDAY: AM 5 miles with 2X3min and 2X2min @ 5:40 pace with equal rest. continuous.
PM 3 miles with gf (7:55)
Week total: 54.4 miles. Would have ran more but I was fighting off shin problems this week. Diagnosed it as posterior shin splints, and as of today, 6/19, its mostly better.
