Hey ken,
Any new facts?
Accuracy counts. Mike Rossi is a cheating, lying, POS who will never be a runner. He should consider caging brands of deodorant as well, it's not working.

You can continue to use the euphemism "misdirection"
Thanks!
Both will continue to be used as they are both appropriate.

I have found myself addicted to this thread checking back far more frequently than I should for any new evidence or analysis, and wondering why I feel so compelled by it. I have come to the same verdict that most have, perhaps because not to do so would be to challenge the very foundation of why I train and race that there are physiologic limits to what I am capable of, but with a steady regimen of work, I can push those limits further.
Unlike most areas of our lives where progress is subjective or unquantifiable, in running and racing, we can meticulously track our progress, to see if our attempts as self improvement is having the desired effect, and make adjustments if it isnt. You dont have to be a professional runner, or even a mid-packer to take joy in this process of pushing the limits of your own abilities. And while the seasons best, PR or victory over a local rival gives us great pride in the proof that we have pushed the limit of our ability just a little bit further, it is during the hours of intervals around the local track, sprints up snow covered hills and Sunday mornings spent running through trails with our favorite running buddies that those limits are actually increased.
The more I reflect on the thread and the situation, the more sad I feel for Mr. Rossi. He clearly got caught by the running bug. According to his cached blog, he ran his first race in 2013. Almost immediately, its seems he set a target of running in the Boston Marathon. It is an ambitious target for a new runner, but he probably didnt know how ambitious it was, and even if he did, there is nothing wrong with having a dream goal to work toward. Mr. Rossi set out immediately in pursuit of his target he entered a marathon the following fall, and a number of half marathons, 10 milers, and 5ks along the way. Like many new runners, he started feeling good and quickly increased his mileage resulting in injuries and set backs. The problem for Mr. Rossi, is ultimately, he didnt want to GET better, he wanted to BE better.
When this all blows over, I hope that Mr. Rossi is able to return to relative anonymity and road racing. I hope that he can take joy in the process of breaking down muscles one fiber at a time, of getting stronger and faster, running longer and trying to best his previous PRs. If he did cheat, I hope he comes clean. Not because I want or need to know, but because I want him to be able to experience the pride of seeing days and weeks and months and years of efforts rewarded with a time that is faster than you ever thought you were capable of, and I want him to be able to share the joy in that accomplishment with the people who love him. Theres nothing quite like it.

I think we all know yesterday's tyrants were from Mike and The Minions. Some of them might make his greatest hits album in a few years.
But here's the real reason we are all here. Spread the word of Mike's cheating and getting him DQ'd.
These are just the beginning. Keep the fire burning.

And don't blame Mike and his pals, you are the one who goes off topic and creats this sh*t show. If you'd just not let yourself be baited and learn to only talk about Mike cheating you could have avoided the beating you took yesterday. But, you won't. Do you know why, Ken? Because you are an idiot. You don't even see that all you do is help Mike by becoming the distraction. Stop talking about yourself, Ken, or anything else that isn't about Mike cheating. Just stop.
Well someone from Philly edited the Marathon Course Cutting Wikipedia article and removed Mike Rossi reference from the course cutting article. the IP that made the change was: 98.115.247.177 and it is a Philadelphia Verizon IP. His edit lasted a whopping 10 hours.
Mike, my "friend"
1) I'm way better at the interwebz than you are
2) Please don't turn this onto an edit war because you might make this page too:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Lamest_edit_wars
I put it all back in and cleaned up the references as well as added link to the YouTube video and one more source. If Mike keeps deleting, next time I'll add stuff about him calling Cecily a homewrecker, him going on a name calling and bullying rampage, full of screen shots and twitter links.
The rants were yours you pitiful excuse for an American.
I, and others, called out your views as horrific offensive and flat out wrong.
You doubled down on your statements, and we called your statements out like we see them for what they are.
I am not even going to list them now as doing so serves only to perpetuate your nonsense and give you attention and associate the thread and it's posters with your vile views.
Rather than acknowledge you are wrong in any way you deflect and say it is all Mikes minions. Again you contradict yourself when you say he has no friends but he has minions posting here all the time.
Like it or not those of us who are truly offended by your views, or you to some extent, are runners, soldiers, parents, etc with no connection to any of this except an interest in integrity in our sport.
Integrity and truth are interesting virtues, you cannot pick them up and put them down when it is convenient and inconvenient.
Please go away. There again you say you will be gone but are not. I could care less if you post but I care when you shame and embarass America by your words. You represent part of America, a part that needs to change.
+1 also Mike will never run 3:11 and an Oreo nacho shake has me intrigued.
I like it. Give him no quarter. He cheated and doesn't get to edit the facts to suit himself. If he can refute the facts, with evidence, I know I'd apologize. But that isn't going to happen, kind of like the $100k the Brojos put up is safe.
Mike: Confession (and a sincere apology) will make this all just fade away quietly. You can then get back to a state of "normalcy."

No, Ken.
There are two real reasons you are here:
1) For some bizarre reason, you think that this is helping your DJ career. Two months ago, the world had forgotten that you screwed over 80 wedding couples. Through your sheer stupidity, you have dredged that all back up, and continually splash it on here for everyone to see.
2) (and this is the sad one) you really have nothing else in your life, so any attention is better than being ignored.
The hilarious part is that Mikey is going to come out of this just fine. He isn't going to get DQed, and he's probably going to spin his 15 minutes of infamy into something. It's weird, it's not right, but it's how America works.
But you've re-damaged your professional reputation. And because you are so pathetic, we all know you are just going to keep doing it. And nobody likes to see crying brides, Kenny. You won't be forgiven.
What's the end game for you now, Kenny? How is Mikey getting DQed from a marathon that he ran 10 months ago going to make any difference to your life?
Go stare at your fishtank and ponder that for a few moments.
We can sit here and debate whether "Mike Wins!" or not, but everyone here (but you) recognizes one simple truth: Kenny has already lost.
The worst part of ken's nonsense is having to read it. The second worst is having the thread lose focus. I am actually interested in the Rossi analysis, actually care about the integrity of sport, actually am convinced that the course was cut, actually like some of the craziness in the thread. But I am not interested in weddings, DJs, the confederate flag, nazi excusionists, immigration or bad mouthing the military from the couch.
Nor am I interested in all the people piling on Ken and his weight and AG problems. Read it understood it.
I confess to being interested in Cecily Tynan but that is understandable.
I don't know if the trolls can stop feeding Ken or if he can stop eating the bait.
I can hope.
Back to marathon course cutting. Carry on.
There will never be a confession, surely that is ONE thing everyone knows about this psycho cheater by now. He deserves every ounce of derision headed his way. Mike wins!

Rossi's options appear to be limited at this point, and none of them are very good. He can't admit that he cheated and ask for forgiveness. It is too late for that. He has lied to too many people who are close to him, many of whom probably don't believe him, but who pretend that they do because they know what a douche-nozzle Rossi is and they don't want him to turn on them. No, he is too invested in his lies to ever admit that he cheated. So, what can he do? He could hunker down and wait it out. But, that's not Rossi's style. Don't forget, in his mind, he is "the man in the ring." He could continue on his present course: provocative Facebook updates and posts, anonymous posting on this thread, twitter wars with the famous and not-so-famous, and, now, Wikipedia edit wars with Greg. But, on his present course, he is losing in the court of public opinion. His only saving grace up to now is that LVM has an incompetent Race Director who apparently lied about conducting a thorough investigation into Rossi's cheating and erroneously claims that the evidence of Rossi's cheating is not conclusive. (I should note here that I doubt McKeever made this decision without input from Bart Yasso, who apparently has forgotten that a charity marathon is still, first and foremost, a marathon.) All it is going to take is one or two articles about McKeever (and, perhaps, Yasso) and Rossi's house of cards could easily come tumbling down. But, Rossi has yet another option: he could sue Ken, Peter, Greg, Tim, and/or the brojos for calling him a cheater and a liar. I know it is unlikely Rossi would sue anybody for calling him a cheater and liar, because he wouldn't be able to prove the statements are false, but Rossi doesn't play by the same rules as most people. Since the movie A Few Good Men was discussed recently, I'll point out that Rossi reminds me of Col. Nathan R. Jessup, who (as written) lived in his own fantasy world. Like Col. Jessup, Rossi would probably be good for some courtroom fireworks if we can just get him there.

You are contradicting yourself, Kenny.
You have written a few times that none of the other DJs at East Coast Weddings like Mikey - they all laugh at him behind his back.
Yet whenever anyone disagrees with you or mocks you, your lame defense is always that it isn't "a real person" - it's just a DJ minion of Mikey.
Well, which is it, Kenny? Why would the DJs be Mikey minions if they didn't like him?
I need an explanation, Kenny. You need to choose whether or not the DJs like him or dislike him.
Because...
...wait for it...
...you can't have your cake and eat it too, Kenny.
GregTR,
Great update to the Wikipedia page. I was looking for the Mike Rossi entry under publicized incidents last night and it wasn't there. Nice addition for references 28 through 31 also.
