Did Mike Rossi (viral marathon dad) cheat his way into Boston?

My roommates and I in Boulder CO have our IP banned there so what I do is when I post to letsrun I use my cell phone and turn off the Wifi, or if on my MacBook, I use a proxy to make my IP look like I'm posting from Europe and then all is fine
