Little 3's is looking like it might be a real meet for once...
I will say that comparing times from the Brown and Gold races doesn't make sense. The first mile splits of the gold race look pretty slow, so I'm guessing it was very crowded. That could easily make up 5-10 seconds per person over 8k, which puts Wesleyan and Midd pretty close to each other.
What were the conditions like at Paul Short? I heard it was rainy but did that affect the times? Probably a bit muddier in the Brown race?
Good on Bijan, absolute monster run from him.
Little 3's will be quite the turf war this year, looks like all 3 teams will be ranked, and Amherst/Williams both in the top 5 maybe.
Hey guys, Bijan here with some bad news. I've been declared academically ineligible after being unable to spell my own name, and will have to miss the rest of the season. Turns out Williams's athletic admission standards are too low after all. So just wanna wish you all good luck, since I won't see you this season. And remember, you can't spell blohjobb without bijan. Or at least I think so.
Bejahn out
Hey beej, sorry to see you go man. That spelling nonsense has always been tough. I'm sure The boys will still crush Amherst without you. Stay tough brother

It was me Beej, I sabotaged your eligibility. Track season is coming up, and this Williamstown ain't big enough for the 2 of us.
It's nothing personal. Well ok, it's personal.
Opens this weekend. Usually a good weekend for midd, so hopefully this will indicate how good they actually are. Also time to see Amherst's squad running a legit 8k. Is Colby running this year? Need to see if Chelimo is healthy. Any other races?
Any results?
Full Results from Opens
Kind of underwhelming performance from Amherst. Did they train through?
Did the other NESCAC schools and MIT run their A squads? Conference (and the region) is down this year for sure. Yikes. 2 good teams and a whole lotta nothing.
On the other hand, Bijan and Hussein might just be the 2 best runners in the country.
under what ground can you make that claim about Hussein? You must go to Amherst.
You must go to Williams to not think Mo has a shot at the individual title this year. Speaking of Williams, has your Teddy bear been returned yet, or will you guys not be able to fall asleep all week?
Hey guys! Don't forget Mo kicked my ass at purple valley! What do we think, do I have the softest kick in d3?
Softest kick, hardest incisors. It's the name of my kid's game.
I've heard that the Amherst environmental alliance has partnered with the XC team to plant swaths of wild carrots in the field loop in an effort to lure Bijan off-course...

1. All-American last year in xc and outdoor 10k as a frosh
2. This year: 1st Umass invite, 1st Purple valley, 2nd Open NE's
3. Bijan is one of, if not the favorite to win nationals right now. They have raced each other once so far, and Hussein beat him.
Also, the phrase is "on what grounds..."
Admissions standards must be slipping at a certain college.
Stopped by this thread for amusement. You are all jokes.
Whats up with
Chelimo, raced early in the season but nothing in more than a month.
Deyo, ran 15:35 for 5k at Franklin Park several weeks back but nothing since. Pretty sure he beat Hussein in the 10k during outdoor and XC.
Cattanach, bombed at UMass Dartmouth compared to last year and hasn't raced since.
Emma Coburn to miss Olympic Trials after breaking ankle in Suzhou
Jakob on Oly 1500- “Walk in the park if I don’t get injured or sick”
