- let's say I run 24 mpw, would it be more beneficial to run 4 miles 6 days a week or 6 miles 4 days a week?

Edit: **does it matter
I would say 4 miles 6 days a week. I've always found that consistency was more important.

Agreed, doesn't really matter but it's easier to increase mileage when you're running 6 days a week vs. 4
You mean 24 miles a day, right?
14 miles on the first run, and 10 on the second.
Neither will do much for you.
I'm coming back from being hurt for about 9 months.
