I got a 5k road race coming up on April 4th and was wondering what you guys think I might hit. Little back ground I've been averaging 80+ miles a week for 4 weeks long runs have been 14, 15, 16, 17, the paces have been 6:20 for all of them with the 17 miler last two miles at 5:45. Each week a had a tempo run of 30+ min at 5:25-5:30 pace.
The week of the race I'll be hitting 91 miles. Just training through it. So...what do you guys think?
