Yesterday, I got the worst calf cramp ever after a tough and fast workout. Today it's really sore. Can I do anything specific other than icing to relieve the soreness?

Hydrate with potassium and some sodium. Soak in Epsom salt. Watch soap operas or judge Judy.

I've found upping the potassium & magnesium to help avoid cramps. Initially, add supplements, and longer-term work on increasing dark leafy greens in your daily diet.
As for relieving your current soreness, nothing great. I've found the soreness from a bad cramp can takes days to completely resolve. Some light massage, either with your fingers/thumbs or a foam roller seems to help a little. I have friends that swear by the Epsom salt baths, but I've never felt they helped me much, so your mileage may vary.
