How well does the Pegasus 31 do for a light forefoot striker? I've run in the kinvaras 2-4 and liked them a lot. But just wondering if the Pegasus 31 is suitable for forefoot strikers and if not, what is? Thanks

Yeah. I liked it. I mainly run forefoot/midfoot and it's a fine shoe. I've run in the Kinvara 4, 5, and Pegasus 31 and they are all pretty great. The Pegasus feels way different though, it's way softer and overall just more of a shoe. I find that it is suitable for forefoot running though.
thanks

Ask Mo Farah. They were designed to his specifications.
Perhaps you could give the Zoom Elite 7 a try. With the forefoot Zoom it is going to be more resilient there the heel will be firmer than Pegs though. I have heard the upper on ZE7 takes a few miles to break in but after that its good. I believe they would both be longer workhorse trainers
