Hey guys, every year during XC and going into track I get these horrible colds. Excess mucus, terrible cough, achy feeling, hard to breathe. It's every year. Last year I got sick and missed half of XC and had a shitty other half because of it. I ran through the sickness but it didn't help because I ended up being sick for what seemed like an eternity. Now I'm in XC and there only the postseason meets left. Once again I'm sick, and wondering if it's worth running and keep being sick or take the time off. I'm honestly not that great at XC (16:40 guy) and even my coach says I'm better at track. What do you guys think I should do? Should I push through, or let my body rest? Thanks
