The Stone Cutter: Saturday might've been a tough one – but those kinds of runs will help you staying strong in the last couple miles!
Hereford: Great week. Don't overdo it – those 8 x mile and the long tempo show you already have it in you IMHO :-)
Forcerunner: Great 5k. Congrats! You're rolling right now!!
pewow: Uhm... Closing in 3:14? You're for sure in sub 17:30 shape if you get into the right race.
Matthias: I like your tempo workout (5k + 3 x 2k). I might steal it sometime ;-)
Slartzio: 6 min.-pace? It comes down yo your intervall stuff... How fast do you usually do stuff like 5 – 8 x k?
Ghola: Great race!! Congrats :-)
StevenJ: I like your alternating workout – that stuff gets you really strong...
Distance Fan: Good luck for the marathon!!
Reed: Very good race – you'e heading into the right direction!
cmm268: Recover well... :-)
Jsrun5k: All my best wishes!
Reg Fields: All time mileage record and that 18.3 tempo... I guess you'll get the sub 3!
Netwerk errer: Congrats on finishing that tough day! Your time will come!!
RunnersFix: Great week. Three uptempo runs – good marathon training IMHO.
NP1112: Congrats for 8. place! 50 miles just seem incredibly far for me :-)
back into it: Nice week and already a 20 mile run... Not bad man :-)
Bonham: Wow, 2:50 is plenty fast for a 2:3x marathoner, especially not that long after you did one!
Kendo: Great perspective. You cannot do more than give it everything! Well done :-)
sps: I'll try my best to send some joy :D
Garbage Disposal: Wow, 100+ again. Good luck with your race! After having a couple rough months I want to listen a bit more to my body. The tempo on Friday was GREAT for now (remember: two weeks before I did basically the same at 5:32-pace!) but I was a little tired the next day. So we decided to play it safe as my overall mileage is already ok. Not great – but ok. So no need for now to do too hard long runs.
