Hey there, so Im trying to hit sub 15 in the 5k this spring. It's my senior year of high school and my pr's are as follows, 800:1:58 1200:3:08 1600:4:19 3200: 9:32. In xc this year I ran mainly low 16s on hard courses and 15:40 on a flat course and broke 16 3 times. My mileage this summer was at a peak of 68 but avg of 60. I have never been injured and I've been running for 6 years, well no serious injuries, so I was wondering if I build the mileage to 85-90 this winter, stay healthy and push myself could I hit sub 15 on the track?
