I've worn a number of different shoes for half marathons
I found that nike r3 lunar spider are great for me in half marathons and road workouts
&
Brooks T6 racer I wore once in half marathon but my foot hurt
Do you think the r3 lunar spider offers enough protection for 26.2 or should I look into the nike lunar racers with a thicker midsole?
What kinds of other shoes do you suggest I may want to look into?
