The cops are how they are, because that's how the government wants them to be.

Why no black pilots?

Cops do a good job of killing people of all races so labeling them as racists doesn't fly. Only some 400 criminals are killed by cops each year. Fewer than the number of blacks killed by blacks in tiny Chicago alone.

Focus should instead be on educating the public to understand that if you savagely attack a cop you're very likely to get shot.

So you're saying the black guy who was shot and killed for nothing at Fruitvale station deserved it? Blacks are more often than any other race shot and killed for nothing. Unprovoked and unarmed. Happens a lot more than is reported. Obviously you have only lived in rich predominantly white suburbs

As pointed out above, this is another example of a person who doesn't understand that if you attack a police officer, you're likely to get shot. We need to get the word out to those who don't understand this basic fact. Let's prevent future incidents that could easily be avoided with a little self discipline.

No doubt, a lot of uniformed police are just out of control. May have been for a long time.

Only now with cellular videos & youtube are more of these incidences getting public notice.
