I graduated in 2013 and I just ran to have fun, played soccer and ran freely. In May this year I had to have surgery on my wrist and took about 2 weeks off, and I started running again consistanly because I'm joining the marine corps in November and I can hardly run 3 miles...
After my surgery I ran every other day cause I always felt out of breath then in July I started running every week and the most miles I've clocked in is about 12. I just feel too exhausted to increase my mileage, it's such a challenge to run 3 miles now, I've been checked out by the doctor and he said I'm fine. My diet is ok. WHAT AM I DOINC WRONG? [i want to run under 20 for the 5k by november]
