Would you recommend running the mile, 2 mile, and 4x800 in xc spikes or buy a pair of distance spikes. I was going to use my kilkenny's, but I'd like to know if that's a good idea. If I should get distance spikes what models do you recommend?

Totally personal preference.
i was actually kind of wondering the same thing. cross country spikes offer more support than traditional spikes and are halfway between a road flat and spike. seems like it could be a decent training spike for longer intervals
