6 minute pace for your Sunday through Saturday runs. Do that and 7:05 on race day will feel easy.
ok thanks, I'll try to run my speed work/long run at under 7min miles, will probably blow up and die towards the end of my 20 mile run, especially if its humid.
Everything is explained in the book.
The book explains it
Though I have never read it, I have heard that the book explains it, thoroughly!
Just cover the miles at any pace and your body will tell you how fast to run each one. The 20 miler is important as race simulation though so make sure you start out slow enough so that you are finishing strong at the end. e.g: the first one make it a goal to cover the last mile at marathon pace (or faster), the last 2 miles on the next 20 miler, etc...

Thanks! I didn't buy the book so I don't know exactly every workout defined. This helps

Long Runs and Medium Long Runs are MP + 10-20%
Recovery Runs are whatever
Half Marathon Pace and intervals at 5K Pace are what they are
