800/Mile
2:06/4:41
8k
33:40
Marathon/DNF
it just has a nice ring to it. "marathon".
Mile - 4:30
5k - 14:44
10k - 30:41
3k: 9:33
Got to be the 10 miler(47 minutes), I rarely get a chance to race it. It's a real battle and the most painful distance I have run. Pacing it right only adds to the difficulty.
Nice times
4 miles 26:33

That's a damn impressive time. What're some of your other PRs?
For me, I guess the 5K, since I've only run a few 10Ks, not enough to really get a feel for the distance I'd probably be better at than the shorter 5K. My PR from HS XC: 17:53.
Gotta go with the lead-off 1200 in the DMR. 3:00 - Penn Relays. Not really an official race distance, but may have been my finest college moment (there were not that many). Still have the medal on my keychain.

Ah, I remember seeing that thread on here, simply because 2:12 is just so damn fast for a LR poster. Best of luck in getting that time.
All of your other PRs are very impressive. Which are you most proud of?
I love the mile, kind of like the 800.
PRs are 4:37/2:05
HH
14.3
1500 3:54
Mile/3000m
4:13/8:23
I grew less fond of the 1500 and mile the more times I got blown away in the last lap by 1:48-1:52 guys.

ha, There's a few guys on that thread faster than me at one or more distances.
That's a tough, The 10k simply for it's strength. I remember races more. I can still feel some of my school races, they were the races that got me to where I am now. The races where I done something I felt was impossible at the time. Running PR's is great but my pride lies in the little moments along the way.

I hear ya. Thanks for the response. 28:30 is crazy! My ultimate goal is probably somewhere in the low 30s.
