I've been looking at my running shoes lately and feeling them when I run and they have such a huge heel. I didn't know what I was doing when I bought them but the lady at the running store said they were good for support so i bought them. (saucony triumph 10) I don't understand why the heel is so much taller than the toe on most running shoes. I run on my forefoot and when i started running thats just how my foot fell naturally so the heel of the shoe didn't come into play so why is it there?
