Let me see your logs for the last 3-6 months which details your mileage, workout sequence, workout specifics with not only interval times for the running portion but for the rest as well, etc.
Too many factors. One workout means nearly nothing when it comes to prediction of your racing ability.
You will run 5:36 in the mile because you will Uceny and lose a lot of time recovering from it.

Not as good a time as you would if you moved the afternoon workout to another day with at least 2 days of easy running in between.
